    One thing about heads I'll suggest is not using Ultra-Thick heads. Granted, I use an ST Dry, but that thing is very open sounding and does not choke my ELX snare at all. When I put it on my Ludwig old snare it sounds kinda bad. I find that putting a 1 ply head with a dot in the middle for extra protection is awesome. The Power Center Reverse Dot accomplishes this perfectly. Check them out sometime! (Evans by the way)

    Q: WHY CAN'T I SEEM TO FIND ANY OTHER EX OR EXTRA EX DRUMS IN MY COLOUR?
    seriously, i have my pearl Ex in bermuda blue and i can't seem to find anyone else with the same colour. please help me.

    It's probably not recent and has been discontinued... I haven't seen a Bermuda Blue... ever, I think.

    Good luck, anyway. Check Ebay and pawn shops.

    so is it possible to get an old colour brand new, because i bought mine and you could tell it was brand new, it was prestine, there were no scratches, it was boxed, not all the skins were on, there was hardware tighed together with those annoying little plastic thigs which always have some sort of pearl advertisemeny on and, wait, thats not the point, so can you or not?

    if you posted pics maybe it'd be alot easier to help you get "bermuda blue" expansions or something similar...there's actually a guy in central jersey that i know of that makes replica kits....which is illegal i guess....but does it verrrry well....made an ocdp kit for my friend and she's selling it on ebay right now check it out theres a ton of people selling things everywhere im sure you could find one
