Latin Percussion (LP) makes some good drumset tambourines. I have one, and, actually, I usually mount it on my hi-hat stand, but it has an O-ring which has quite a large diameter, so I'm pretty sure it can be mounted on a cymbal stand, too. It locks very secure, too. Way better than the ones that just use a screw that chips of the chrome on your hi-hat rods
    Hope this helps

Actually, I even mounted it on a cymbal stand once. I didn't think of that in my first reply. It worked fine.

Rhythm Tech makes a drumset tambourine that's in the shape of a half-moon, and has a tapered edge to reduce that "clicky" stick sound from playing it. They make them in several different colors, with either brass or nickel jingles. I have one in black with nickel jingles, and it's great. LP makes some great tambourines in addition. I just haven't had much experience with them.

    I use a Pearl PTM-10BH Tambourine mounted on a Pearl PPS-37 Clamp.
Works fine and is easy to adjust.
