    Yeah I never understood why Wengren kept his kicks that far apart when his racks were still gonna be at that crazy angle. At least Dave McClain keeps his rack toms low and flat, hence the spaced out kicks.

    Total agree with you, its a bit hard with the DR-80 rack, so stands had to do. I will attempt this setup again once I get a new rack

    How comfortable was the McClain set up? The distance between the floor tom and the rack tom would mess me up. Also Scaryguy who's kit is that first one? I'm drooling.

    It wasn't the most comfortable setup thats for sure, I think If I bought the floor tom closer it might have been better
