    I see what happened. You cut the hole on the wrong side of the Evans’ logo. You’re obviously using Pearl logo decals. I think it would look better with both holes on the right and the evans’ logo centered on the bottom. Just my opinion, but the misplaced Evans’ logo really bothers my ocd.

    Could you remove the Evans logo like Matt did with all his heads? Not sure how/if it would work on coated heads, but it'd at least solve the appearance issue.

    Acetone definitely does nasty stuff to plastic/coatings, but would it really matter on a bass reso head? Just go play the damned drums and enjoy them.
