Can anybody tell me what this is? There isn't any series on the badge. I'm thinking possibly early 90's but was wondering if it came with a kit or was sold separately for practicing? It is 13x6 in size. Any info greatly appreciated!

Looks like a student snare drum, like what you’d purchase for a kid in band/orchestra for home practice.

A nice low-end steel snare but if you can still get a great sound from it enjoy. I have something similar which I will replace soon.
