    Default Where to go with a Mimic warranty claim?

    A couple days ago my Mimic stopped sending sound through my headphones or other outs. Now, I have sound, but every time I power it off, it reverts to the factory settings and will retain nothing from restart to restart.
    I tried using the GC extended warranty, but they say it's still covered and referred me to Pearl. Now the question is, who can I talk to in order to get the ball rolling on some kind of fix. I'm quite bummed about this because the Mimic has been invaluable, especially over this last year!
