What would make a bop kit different from a four piece kit?

    Generally, smaller sized drums.

Cool looking kit. I feel like that cymbals would drawn out those drums though? Yes no?

Feenix is right. I'm not sure what the official designation is for a "bop" kit.
But I typically think of a 16" or 18" kick drum; 8" or 10" rack tom and a 12" or 14" floor tom. Generally shorter than standard sizes but I didn't go that route.
I also tend to think of it as minimal hardware and cymbals: hats, ride, crash (maybe two).
Point is, it should be relatively smaller, lighter and easier to transport than a full-size kit.

Drums are close mic'd for gigs so not an issue. The 24" ride looks ridiculous with the small toms; but its my most crashable ride.

That looks great! And looks like a blast to play.

Bop is usually 18" BD, 12" RT, 14" FT and has been really since the 50s (18" Bass drums apparently designed so they'd fit in the back of a New York cab)

Anything smaller (Pearl midtown, Ludwig Breakbeats etc.) would usually be referred to as a Jungle Kit (Named after the Sonor one which was I believe the first notable kit in the 16", 10", 13/14" config)
Pearl, Natal, Ludwig, Tama, Slingerland, Premier, Arbiter Drums
    Zildjian, Sabian, Zyn Cymbals
PEARL, PREMIER, LUDWIG, TAMA, YAMAHA, NATAL and DW Snares

Roland, Dauz, FAT KAT and Koby Electronics, and loads of Percussion

5 Kits and 11 Snares, and I still don't have enough!
