...where is the second kick? Well, I FOUND IT
About 3 years ago, a buddy alerted me to a deal on CL where someone was selling a Forum kit for $100. 22, 12, 13, 16 standard sizes. I talked them down to $80 and went and got it. It was in decent shape and with new heads and proper tuning actually sounded pretty good. I figured I'd use it as a rehearsal or cheap gigging kit.
Cut to last week when I was browsing FB Marketplace and saw a kit that looked identical to mine but the sizes were 22, 10, 12, 14. He wanted $100 and we settled on $80. The wrap is crinkled and there are some marks on it but whatever. I also managed to pick up a cheap 5.5x14 steel snare for $40 so now I have a big selection of options and another snare for the grand total of $200. No bad.
The lugs, hoops and hardware is all black so as a project I'm going to pull the wraps off all the shells (I've already done the 13") and paint the shells white like the Lars Ulrich kit from the 80s. I might also convert the extra 12" tom into a tom/snare hybrid as it would be easy to do and give me even more options.
It's a tight for with all these drums but it should be a fun project and would be a blast to set it all up for a gig.

Forums bring back so much nostalgia. I've had mine for about 15 years and STILL use it as a rehearsal kit.

A Forum kit with good heads and tuned will blow away a sloppily tuned Reference. Well done OP!
