Am I correct that the Mimic Pro Module that has midi in & midi out & an onboard audio recorder (not a sequencer), has no way to sync with any other gear?

Not sure what you mean by other gear but I have been able to set up Midi with the computer and some midi educational software without issue.

Hi,
You are correct, there is no midi clock or sync on the Mimic Pro.
