Default Gretsch USA Custom shell bank

Last summer I got a new set of Gretsch USA Customs. I liked them so much that I decided to expand the shell pack into a shell bank. I received the additional pieces two weeks ago, I'm still consolidating cases and getting everything the way that I like it.

Tonight while moving cases around I decided to take a photo.

Very cool, I played a gig recently with a Gretsch USA Custom for backline (13, 16, 24). Impressive drums for sure, I really liked the kick drum.

Silver sparkle is timeless... nice choice of finish. What do the kick drums range in size? Is it 20 to 26 or 18 to 24?

Very nice! Love to see some set-up combinations with those.

BTW, picking up a USA Custom bronze snare today.

As I gig with it I'll take some shots and post them.

The bronze snare is great. I don't have one yet, but I do have the Bell Brass.

I ordered an 18" floor tom for my shell bank. I thought that it would pair well with the 24" bass drum and 16" floor tom. It may take a while with the current state of the world, but I have plenty of drums to play in the mean time.

Add a 13 or 14" rack tom, and you have a powerful one up, two down kit ready to go! I like that steam-bent snare drum!
