Hi everyone -

Question, I'm trying to put together some sort of a drumset-based workout and was curious what tunes you would recommend to build a good sweat over, say, a 45-minute time period. I'm not a big speed metal guy but I know a lot of punk rhythms would presumably fall into this category-I'm thinking of something that would fall along the lines of HIIT, with periods of laid back drumming and then short bursts of fast, energetic drumming. Thoughts on some workout playlists?

Additionally, any thoughts on something that could be accomplished on a practice pad? I do have a pair of the Ahead weighted sticks as well.

BTW, has anyone seen this? All humor aside, thoughts on if this could even be considered a viable workout?
