help with Uni-lock tom arm...

Can any one tell me the history on this Uni-lock tom arm?
Model number? When were these produced?
I would like to add another one, but they seem scarce.
They have the gold labeling and double locking .
I was told maybe these were Europe specific only?
If anyone has one for sale? I'd appreciate an opportunity to buy.

That is an older version of the Uni-Lock.
May be hard to find indeed. Keep checking
online and one will surface sooner or later.

I have the same tom-holders in gold, they are made from 1999 - 2003, Type TH100 Dual-Uni-Lock.
