How difficult would it be to locate a 13x9 early 90’s Prestige custom tom in the liquid amber finish?

First up, where are you? World markets are all different.
Would you be prepared to get what you want shipped from any where in the world?

What efforts have you made to find one so far?
If you're in the USA, then e-bay and CL are the usual suspects to try and get what you're looking for.
On a more local level, you might have a friendly music store that has "contacts" too.

Basically, you have to be patient when looking for particular used drums as singles.
Because the person owning it already needs to decide to sell it, usually as part of a kit...
