Post Help with a Pearl Limitied Edition SST Snare

Hey folks, I need some help identifying a Pearl snare that I found at my church. The sticker that was place in the snare originally has the 0 and 3 circled along with the letters B and C. This snare is now dirty along the rim areas and has both hoops removed along with its snare wires. I'm looking to take this snare off of my church's hands and fixing it up restoring it to its former glory but I need to have some of the correct info Thanks for y'alls help! Peace!! (By the way the size for this is about 5.5"x14")

In its current condition (made in China, no hoops, strainer or tuning lugs) it's worth about $50.00.

Okay, what about if it has its original hoops (not shown in the pic but at my church)?

It's basically an old Vision drum with a limited edition covering. The code on the inside means a manufacture date of August 2009. It's probably an $75-100 drum if it were excellent condition.

Thats actually NOT a bad inexpensive snare drum. I just sold mine, in the same color. All Birch shell, 1.6mm hoops with a lifetime warranty. 5 years ago, I paid $75.00 brand new from Interstate Music. It'll sound best (IMO) with a Powerstroke 3 coated batter, and the reso Ambassador clear. Cuts like an axe ! And had many tuning ranges.....
It will benefit from 2.3mm hoops. And Puresound snares 14x20. Best wishes on your awesome find !!!
