    Default Beginner Drum Set for the people who enjoy hard and heavy metal music

    Hi there to people who seen this post

    I am currently a new member in this forum and I hope that some of the people in here able to help me fulfill my lifetime wish of getting a new drum set.

    I am guy who love hard rock music and currently explore to heavy metal music genre.

    Which series that you recommend is better for the people who wanna learn rock and heavy metal music genre?

    That's too broad a question and extremely subjective. I'd say don't go cheap, but don't go overboard either... you may not even like playing drums.

    How about a Export? They are very popular. I don't know nuch about Pearl drums (ironic... I'm a Tama guy), but I think a lot of beginners use Export, Vision or Forum...

    A set of used, but not abused, Exports will do you just fine and not break the bank.

    If you are serious about drumming I would do this.
    Look at getting a used higher end kit that is in good
    shape. Also please put together a nice cymbal set too.
    There are great used cymbals online. Get them one at
    a time and try to avoid getting a box set. Hats,Ride etc.
    Look around e-bay,musicians friend and music go round.
    What sort of money can you spend ? These days used
    pro drums and cymbals are all around. Best of luck.

    I can tell you this - don't buy ANY cymbals w/o hearing them IRL first.

    Trust me.
