    Each Tool album is a puzzle to me. It's better to listen to it a few times just to grasp the overall landscape and only then to pretend you can barely analyze it. Though I would like to hear something similar to the Lateralus era.

    Tool is one of those bands that I should like but just can't get into them. I'm not really sure what it is.
    It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.

    Tool is old. I've been listening to them since I was a kid. Danny is almost 60 now which seems crazy. We probably shouldn't be surprised that a group of guys in their 50s are more interested in musical soundscapes than awesome metal riffs at this point.
