Its been a long time away from a kit for me but, I recently bought a set of 1994 Premier Signia's and came across this snare drum at a local music store that was used as a trade in. Also this is my first post and am happy to be on board

Happens to all of us here. Might be because the app hasn't been updated in years?

Anyway, welcome to the PDF! Awesome snare and kit! Cool thing about the free floater is the interchangeable shells. They have a few really nice shells (only) on eBay right now for under $200. The 5" depth would be compatible with your snare rig.

While I doubt I will ever reconfigure how the rings are placed it does have an amazing sound in the mid to higher tuning ranges. I like my snares on the extreme high side for tuning. All I needed to mute the slight ringing after tone was a dime sized piece of gel. I love the snare.

Signias are one of the most beautiful drums ever made IMHO.
