Hey guys! I am a recent owner of a Pearl Decade Maple kit and I couldn't be more excited! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality not only of the sound but the fit and finish! I've seen threads like this in the past and used to enjoy seeing other peoples kits and their unique setups because we all know there's more than one way to beat a drum! So here's what I'm rockin', how bout you!?

Here's my decade maple 7pc in deep gloss red burst, ive had it for about 3 months now and i'm really surprised about the quality, especially those toms !

South paw! Very nice setup! How do you like pinstripes with these shells?

One thing that really surprised me with these out of the box was the attention to the bearing edges. The drums tuned easily enough but I was really taken with how smooth they were and they even seemed to be waxed straight from the factory. I’ve owned other kits in this price range and was glad to know that for my money this detail wasn’t overlooked! Thanks for sharing!

The pinstripes fit this kit really well, normally I use evans heads but I bought the kit used and it came with these. The only head ive changed is the kick batter I changed it for a emad 2, the snare is a modern utility maple 14x6,5.

It's true, the kit is super easy to tune, a couple of turns and it sounds amazing.

Got ahead of my self to see if the set would fit throne and all in a 5’ x 7’ space. It did but I should probably finish one project at a time.... I got a nice picture of the players seat just ignore the mess. Lol

16" x 20" kick (Powerstroke 3 batter, stock reso. I replaced the pillow with a towel just to give it a little more booty)
