Toots and the Maytals - "Country Roads" and "I've Got Dreams to Remember"

Black Label Society - "I Never Dreamed"

"All Along the Watchtower" by Jimi Hendrix will probably always be my favorite cover.

I feel like Nirvana made every song they covered substantially better.

The Faith No More cover of "War Pigs" is probably my least favorite version of that song. I hope nobody ever covers that song again, I'm so tired of hearing it covered. Pick a different Sabbath song already.

How about The Cardigan's take on Iron Man... lol... Right up Dale's alley - very different take on the original.

Or how about The London symphony orchestra’s version of Angel of Death? Very different take on the original.

I LOVE that version. I wouldn’t say it’s “better”, but I find I listen to it more often than the original.

    agree on nirvana.
LOL like Sabbath doesn't have a big enough catalog to choose a different track.

KISS's version is better, but I am not a huge fan of either.

Molly Hatchet - Dreams I'll Never See
    White LIon - Radar Love
    Ram Jam - Black Betty
    Johnny Cash - Hurt
Judas Priest - Green Manalishi, Diamonds and Rust (metal and acoustic versions)
Uriah Heep - Hold Your Head Up
    W.A.S.P. - The Real Me
Van Halen - One Way To Rock
    George Thorogood - Alley Oop
