    I've experience with ludwig stainless steel drum sets. They aren't as forgiving as wood drums imo as far as tuning range and drum head selection variety. If you're looking for a full warm sound it doesn't come as easy as a wood shell but I suppose that might be fairly obvious due to the shell material. Good luck!
