TruTrac rim triggering stopped working, help please!?

The rim of one of my TruTrac pads stopped working. It is no longer sending a signal to the RedBox module. The cables are not shorted and has continuity.

I hope someone in here can help me please?

You may have to replace the pad.

What size is it?

Did you connect another pad to the input to make sure it is not the Redbox?

Hi Bob.

Yup, I connected another pad to the input and it triggers fine, I'm sure it's not the RedBox.

I recorded a video to show the problem.
