Nah. I still hear it from time to time.

There's also the "Big Muff" distortion pedal.

On another subject, looks like Tama Star Bubinga is coming to an end, one of my local drum dealers was saying they're only getting 5 more kits in, then thats it. Due to all the endangered wood laws as far as i'm aware.

Hey, baseball fans. Sadly, Bill Buckner died. One of a few favorite players I truly wish wore a Phillies uniform.

The Phillies overall have a good record, but I cannot say I have the confidence they will stay in first. I have a feeling it’ll be a repeat of last year, blowing it after the trade deadline.

The work effort of most Millennials suck as do the parents who made them.

Yeah, there's one right now at the rehearsal studio I think. Around here we coincidentally also think that pedal is too confusing so we put a sticker on it saying "Huge big bush". Never liked it by the way, much too fuzzy.

Work effort as in quality of the work or...?

I recently actually found out that I actually AM what those social science people call 'Millennials'. I'm sorry. I didn't know. I didn't know!!! I've instead just thought people younger than me are so different to the point of being "alien" so I kind of figured (to me) that's where the line makes sense to be drawn. When I was a kid, the coolest bands were Nirvana and Metallica and if I for some rare reason was taking a photo, I used a camera - not a telephone (in fact, if you'd tried doing that, people would've looked at you odd!)

But there's a bunch of factors to consider, if Wikipedia is the ultimate truth it usually is... I'm an old millennial, and what WP says about my supposed "baby boomer" parents (...who are WAY too old to really even be described as such) is a bunch of crap too... "rejection of traditional values"??? But maybe most of all, not much of that "science" is even valid, simply because I'm not American. I could write a thesis on much it annoys me when local media here literally copy-pastes and prints American stuff assuming it applies or makes any sense here. But I don't want to ramble and I really should go smoke those maybe 3 or 4 cigs to be prepared for that doctors appointment I was supposed to go to.

Why, how, and what do the Nu York millennials suck?

Do you, by chance, mean work ethic?

Or are we talking project management here? I know you run your own businesses; do you have to use a reduction factor on your work effort estimates if you think millennials are going to be doing the work? What might the magnitude of such a factor be? 80%? Is this based on observation? Have you been making meticulous notes on the output of employees based on their discriminating features?

Interesting to look at perceptions of a generation mid-stride via a July 1990 Time Magazine article vs a look back from today in a May 2019 NYT article.
