    My ears are burning...…….
I have seen a few new folks on here recently. Had a new guy reach out to ask some drum-related questions yesterday in fact. That was nice.
I haven't been on here much in the last year because switching jobs affected me access time for the PDF. In fact, I've been on the road for several months with the job recently, even spending two months in Detroit. Plus, I don't get notifications from PDF anymore, so I have to log in to see if any new posts have been made.

Am I the only one that hates the WEEZER cover of Toto?

I love Weezer's Pinkerton album.and the follow up to that. But they started losing me with Beverly Hills. Though Hash Pipe is a fun song.

Hash Pipe is an awesome tune to do in a cover band. Every time we play it, people lose their minds.

Depending on the crowd, they might be predisposed for that.

I was at a brewery block party and the band playing was doing some great covers (think Queen, which is very brave for a band to attempt). They broke out a cover of Africa which was well done but introduced it as "Africa by Weezer"....

To me the original is great and the Weezer cover doesn't add anything to it.

I first became aware of Weezer in 2001 when Hash Pipe came out. 2001 was also the last time I saw a picture of the band and since then I've always pictured the lead singer as Mo Rocca. Is that accurate?
    "Why is that mirror sneezing?"

"Ah, look, it's just an old, creaky mirror, y'know, sometimes it sounds a little like it's sneezing, or coughing, or talking softly."
