    Default What Kind of Stagg Cymbals are these

    They say hand made and have a code of Y25R and Y25C andY25H
    How much are they worth

    I think that is the Y series. Towards the lower end
    of the Stagg offerings I believe. Not 100% sure though.

    Never seen that "Y" logo before, but the cymbal itself looks an awful lot like the the SH series. I had one a 17" Medium crash and two splashes (10" and 8") and they were ok.SH stands for "single hammered" and is/was one of their higher lines I believe (under the DH and Myra lines). Not Zildjian A or Sabian AA quality, but they they didn't cost anywhere near the prices of those. But very playable. I donated the crash to my old high school music dept, popped the 10" splash inside out and use it as a little china-splash effect for riding and not sure where the 8" went. I'm sure it's somewhere.
