Did you get an opportunity to play, or at least hear either of them?

then, stay away from any ref snare batter head....once you hit it,there's no coming back. you will feel the need to own it.in an extreme way lol.that's what heppened when i met mine.i was at the store to see and hit an ayotte unit.then this vendor droves me near a wood ref,and proceeded to some fat rolls and drills....pffft. done deal.

Too late for me... I’ve already been trapped by the love of the Reference Brass tones and I regret hitting said batter head cause a huge bright yellow light appeared in the ceiling of the Store..

In May I fully intend to go to end of earth to find one in very good condition and won’t cost me a body part for

Iím surprised they still have that Ref snare for sale. I would love to own it but the timing is not right. The 3 snares I have are here to stay. They also have this Tama G Maple Snare for sale. God I hate that store!!!
