    Default Is the Redbox Soundshop still being supported?

    I purchased a Redbox setup from Sweetwater back in January because it was a demo unit and the price was right for the RBM-20 module plus the Cymbal pack.

    I thought I entered the serial number correctly for my Redbox Soundshop account and then proceeded to download the required software, firmware and the free World Series set along with purchasing the Chili Kit.

    I read through all of the tutorial information and attempted at loading the World Series kit to the unit (license file, then when prompted by the unit the memory switch file). The License file appears to transfer over, but when I get to the memory switch file the Redbox screen displays "Invalid Unlock file for this update".

    I also tried doing the same for the Chili kit with the same results.

    Not knowing whether I did something wrong, I verified by re-downloading the memory switch zip files for my purchases and retrying the whole process again with the same end result - no go.

    I checked to make sure the RBM-20 serial number attached to my account was correct and noticed the parenthesis were missing, so I resolved this by re-entering the serial, this time with the parenthesis.

    I then proceeded to download the zip files again thinking it may have regenerated the license file, but again - no go.

    I put in a support request through the Redbox Soundshop "Contact Us" portal and tried to find information searching the forums here trying everything I could find only to continually fail at the same spot every attempt.

    Is the Redbox Soundshop and Memory Switch feature still being supported because the request I submitted for help is now going on a few weeks with no sign of support. I attempted to also PM Bob for help, but knowing how forums work as I have to monitor one for my company, sometimes PM's and/or service requests can get overlooked.

    I would really like to get the memory switch kits to work as that is the only reason I went the Redbox route besides the price. I usually use VST plugins when playing as I find embedded sounds in most "budget friendly" modules too over-processed, and the Mimic does not currently fit in my budget.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    It sound like the serial number needs to be changed on your download files.
