Nice cymbals! (I would love to hear the AAX Dry Ride . . . if you ever have the chance to record it)

I found several videos for the AAX 20" Dry Ride on Youtube.com. Peace and goodwill.

I took these to church, and the worship leader likes them:

Two (Sabian ride and crashes; Paiste hats)
    20" AAX Dry Ride
    18" SR2 Thin Crash
    16" AA Thin Crash
    13" Alpha hats

So now my "Set 2" are these Sabians

    21" AA Bash Ride
18" XS20 Medium-Thin Crash (sounds way better than it should)
    17" AA Medium-Thin Crash
    14" XS20 Medium Hats.

I am also not using either of the 16" crashes (AA Medium-Thin and AA X-plosion) that I own. Peace and goodwill.

Well... after playing the 13" Paiste hats and the two thin crashes this morning at church, to me they do not work in that room. Our church main room can seat 350 people. So Tuesday I am taking the 14" XS20 Medium hats, the 16" AA X-plosion Crash, and the 18" XS20 Medium-thin Crash to use there. I know they sound good there because they have been there before. Peace and goodwill.

Actually, I am taking, in a few minutes, the 16" AA Medium-Thin Crash because it is a little lower pitched than the 16" AA X-plosion Crash. The AA X-plosion Crash goes better with the 17" AA Medium-Thin Crash, and the 16" Medium-Thin Crash goes better with the XS20 18" Crash. Peace and goodwill.
