    Great kit with a timeless finish. Thank you for the wonderful pictures.
    Oh yeah one more thing. Kudos for the ultracast as well.

    LOL. I always look tired, or pissed off. The heat was cranked, I had no fan, the first band took their fan away, and I couldn't find the guy who had it...and we had to go on and set up and play. I was sweating to death!

    Beautiful set up! Do the HHX crash's go with the AAX Metal Ride? Seems like it would be an odd pairing.

    Yeah, I DO get quite drenched, but this was borderline heat stroke.

    Even with my "Many" years of experience with a huge list of Sabian cymbals, I can't say it doesn't work. For my genre I don't think it's as critical.

    The HHXplosions are bright and shimmering, with a really long decay. The AAX metal ride is bright, pingy, tight and obviously very loud. I guess they go quite well together.
