    I'm not sure why he switches from sticks to a mallet and then back again later... I guess it's just a "feel" thing?

    Isn't that just a typical four-piece set up minus the rack tom? A lot of drummers rarely even use their toms outside of fills.

    When I hear "prove it kit," I think of backline kits, with broken hi-hat stands and duct tape bass drum heads and non-adjustable hardware and a folding chair to sit on
