It looks like a well designed straight forward pedal. Looking forward to feedback on this.

it looks like the new pedal offer all the adjustments you can possibly ask for. but price is very steep. 500+ for a single, and over 1100$ for a double.

Looks awesome and very expensive. Interested to see the feedback. I'm in the market for a new pedal and I was considering DW 5/9000 but I may wait and see about this.

Not sure that site have an accurate price, Mike Dolbear's UK review site has marked the guide prices at 300 for a single, and 576 for a double. Both chain and direct drive are the same price. http://mikedolbear.com/news/namm-201...8OdZ1jvuOgOxQU

    It's so... Cylon.

The FP9500C is such a great pedal already. I'm sure this one will be great too!

A bunch of companies are offering more and more expensive pedals... DW, Trick, Yamaha, and Tama to name a few.

Tried it on a DTX kit at the show....plays out really well - smooth and feels fantastic....not $1100 for a double fantastic tho and not much smoother than my Redline belts....so not much value short paying for the engineering....

I'm not saying all these crazy high end pedals don't work great, but man...it feels like it s a race to see who can make the most complex and expensive pedal with the most ridiculously named parts and features.

Just give me a DW 5000 and I'll be fine.
I own or have owned drums and cymbals made by every major manufacturer. My go-to kit is a DW Collectors series set.
