Amazing Kit! #292 MBF is such a cool finish, I love my MMP every time I look at it!

Thanks all for your amazing comments!, Ive owned the kit for a little bit over a year now and I'm STILL amazed by its sound each time i play. What i will say is tho is that i definitely prefer having coated heads on all the toms sound wise, which is kinda a shame tho cause i absolutely love being able to see the mahogany inside the toms.
Any recommendations for a warmer but not as overly punchy/attacky sounding clear head (other than clear Emperors)

I know its probably a sacrilege to do this, but it will get the best of both worlds. Try the DW Coated Clear Heads (Made by Remo), they sound like they'd work for your kit and sound as they're a hybrid head really.

4 Kits and 8 Snares, and I still don't have enough!

You can "special order" any of the active Masters / Masters Premium finishes in Masters Maple Reserve, Reference and Reference series.

Very Nice Kit! I have an older Session Custom kit in that finish and I love it.

I've no head recommendations, but if you happen to have a set of flanged hoops sitting around that would fit one of your drums, put them on and see how it changes the sound vs the die-cast hoops that are currently installed. That may get you closer to the sound you desire.

Thanks. It's my "lefty" kit as opposed to the SBX (stormcloud fade finish) behind it which is set up as "righty."
