    It could, depending on how far from the kick rim you'd have to place it. And then there's the issue of non-matching hardware... I know there's a few others on the forum that would rather matching hardware.

    Thanks! I'm actually in the process of putting something together. Just need better tool to cut the square rack... I'll be sure to post plenty of pics (from both sides) of the rig when completed.


    Also, thinking about a mini rack with my regular stands to create a cross bar. Pic shows how I'd add the bar since all my pipes are too short;

    That's what I've done with a Gibraltar rack, added a 46" curved bar that spans from the Stealth mini rack at one end off the middle part of a cymbal stand, and the same using a complete cymbal stand at the other end. 46" bar is attached using Super Multi Clamps and works a treat and makes best use of the stands I already have.
