I'm SURE you're better than I. After all, you get to actually SEE your drums AND PLAY THEM. More than I can say.

I never look at it as better or worse than any one - I'm the best drummer I can be at any given moment - that's my bar....I learned that lesson from none other than Dom Famularo in a pretty extensive on and off the record conversation a few years back....

You’re 100% correct. I’m just venting because i live in the city in an apartment and I have a limited edition amazing kit that I can’t play or even really look at. I know there could be bigger problems but it’s damned frustrating.

I 100% feel ya man....that sort of situation sucks....I lived in an apartment for 10 months and it was super frustrating....and all my kits were in my ex-wifes house...I had (and still have but selling it) a Roland HD-3 V-lite kit, so at least I could practice tho so at least I had that....

HD-3 is insanely compact and usable for what it is....kept me sane for 10 months.....now, because I have the shop, just collecting dust....

Not really drums but added to the Shop because the amp I had was universally labeled "suck".
