I would like to see that Martin Chambers one.

This is not the telescoping boom version but still a ridiculous cymbal stacker.

The funny thing about that little splash 14' in the air is that there isn't even a mic around it! Unless there's a condenser mic I'm missing.

Haha, oh man... that's great stuff right there.

I'm sure peeps in the future are going to look back at some of the stuff we think is normal now and have a good laugh. Daru Jones comes to mind...

So Tama is re-releasing the Abe Cunningham Signature snare. In unrelated news, my bell brass snare is up for sale

    That's awesome!

Is it different than the previous version?

Had no idea ‘ol Abe was still a thing worthy of a sig snare reissue.

Well it's only limited to 20 drums in the US, I assume there's 40 or 50 being made for the reissue. From what I've seen, it looks like it's pretty much the same except I'm sure they updated the throwoff, I could be wrong though. And he's one of my all time favorites. It's a whopping $900, so even if I'm not able to make it happen I still want to say I tried, I've been looking for the OG one for years. L

The generation that grew up with him and love giant holes in their drums are older and have more money to spend. Not the best direction to go, but it’s only 50 snares.
