    Default Double Pedal issue?

Any idea why my pedals don't line up right. I've tried adjusting them I can't seen to align them. Is this a bearing issue??? Please advise...

Are you asking why the beaters aren't falling the same distance from the head? Does that pedal have an adjustment for the angle of the beater?

    Yes, that is my question.

Adjust the beater angles using the drumkey screw at the top of the spring assembly so that the beaters are the same (or however you want them). Then adjust the footboard height using the drumkey screw located at the top of the chain.

I've tried all that and I've also tightened the screws on the back of the post which was loose and still not aligning.

They most certainly will align if you're making the correct adjustment, unless the inner axle sleeve is broken. I've seen this happen to Demon Drive pedals, and I believe Eliminators use the same part. You may have to take your pedal completely apart to find the problematic part, so time and patience are required. Here's a link to an old thread. My post is #7:

OP... you are attempting to align the two beaters by matching the settings of the respective pedals.
You are not allowing for the energy lost as the mass of the slave pedal is translated down the connection rod.

Letís figure this out. As Perc and Jerry both have stated, the key bolt above the spring controls the shaft. Iím talking about this key bolt. When you loosen it, can you rotate the shaft ? What happens?

I've tighten that and still have the issue. There is also a allen bolt back there that I've tightened and still did not fix the issue.
