I don't understand why their shellpacks pair the shallow rack toms with the deep floor toms. Next time if I order one of these I will order all the drums separate instead of doing the shell pack

Give them a chance. Shallow racks pair nicely with traditional size floor toms. I've preferred that for a while, and they sound great together. Your racks aren't even that shallow; mine are 6.5x10, 7x12, and 7.5x13... now that's hyperdrive!

Yes the 22x16 is the thing 10x8, 12x9, 14x12, 16x14 are the sizes. What do you not like about the 22x18? shorten the Regrets list and play em

Very nice! I really love my set. I got the 3 pc with a 22x16 along with 12x8 and 16x16 then added a 10x7 in Absinthe Sparkle. I put Evans G1 clear top and bottom on the toms. They are resonant, to say the least. I will probably add a 14x14.

Nice looking shells Cuz. Natural never gets old. You going after the birch mahogany sessions? Those look like Pearl's most intriguing shell recipe to me, great sizes and finishes too.
