We’re an old man band. Actually 1/2 old, 1/2 boy. Lol

    Our bassist isn’t even 30 yet. I’m 47. lol

Holy Smoke Mark. There's even a big screen behind you. You guys have a more elaborate stage than Slayer last time I saw them. Your kit really looks good. There are some good pics of you too.

Haha! That was all the venue's setup. Amazing place. They have a whole second bar upstairs which is what the screen is for I think. You can't see the stage from the upstairs bar.

And thanks! My back fat looks terrible! lol I had really bad posture that night. I've been noticing I've been leaning forward lately... time to do some exercises again

So we're not the only ones?!?!

I'm 29, my bass player is in his 60's as is my one guitar player. My other guitar player is in his late 40's (I think? LOL!)

Wow, those are HUGE age differences.

I think you’re seeing that a lot in bands now with the way things are. Gone are the days of teens and 20-something’s putting bands together and grinding it out. It’s so much easier to grab a Mac and a music program and call yourself “DJ______”.

The first 5 piece band I was in, I was second oldest at 21. Our singer was 30 something.

Second band, we were all in our early 20's .

I got to jam with my band for the first time in months yesterday (most of the members go out of town for college). They met our new bassist, we jammed, and even introduced some new originals. Here we are just working one of the new songs out.

Couple of shots from my most recent gig with the metal cover band. Since we're talking about age differences, the ages in that band range from 26 up to 45. The guy in the shot with me is the baby of the group.
