    Thanks! I don't disagree. Every DW snare I've ever bought was built so well. Can't say I've ever found a flaw with any drum.

    Nice snare; a real beast. That shell is crazy thick.

    I've heard of musicians having new toys delivered to their places of employment in order to avoid spousal scrutiny. I don't want to cast any disparaging comments toward fellow forum members but I'm wondering if you might be one of "those guys?"

    haha! Nah, my wife actually approved of the purchase. I only shipped it to the office because a signature was required and nobody was home to sign for it.

    Besides knowing there is always someone available to sign for it, I also liked knowing that it would be delivered before I left work so I didn't have to wait around all night for it.
