Hard to say. All the more interesting in that a) his brother is in the band and b) we haven’t heard a peep from Blythe. And he NEVER misses an opportunity to comment on, well- pretty much anything.

I've never heard a single Lamb of God song. I've never seen a picture of the band. Never read a single article about them. I'm assuming from the name they're a mildly heavy band trying real hard to be a super heavy band.

I know Adler has a signature stick or snare or something. Because the first time I saw it I thought " wow, Steven Adler has an endorsement deal !?!?"

So you admittedly know nothing about the band but are drawing snarky conjecture about who they are and what they're about.

    That fits. How internet.

Am I wrong? Are they a hard rock act with an overly metal name? Or they a metal band with an overly metal name?

I'm just making an observation that other than Black Sabbath ( who don't consider themselves metal ) and Judas Priest ( that do consider their selves metal but IMO are just a hard rock band)

...bands that have religious names try hard to be hard. Such as GodSmack. Want to be metal but are just a hard rock group and not a very good one either. IMO. I know a lot of people like GodSmack but .... Boring!

Godsmack, though talented, are totally unoriginal to the point of naming themselves after an AIC tune.
