We expect some pics as the heads go on. Not every key turn...every other will do!

Lol. I haven't really had time to work on them. I squared up the bearing edges and started to cu them on the 13 and 16. But no pics at the moment

Just finished the 12". Did a quick tune and I think it sounds pretty good for just hitting it with my finger. There's no boing sound and it has a nice note with a long even decay which it didn't do before... Although the 13" was the hardest to tune followed by the 16".

I also wasn't getting along with the router today, or any tools for that matter today. I broke some stuff at work and I about ruined the floor tom and the kick. I'm going to have to take them to a table saw to start with fresh edges, then just take my damn time.

It's sounds ok... Like a steel snare lol. It's 1000x better than before, the batter head was dipped about an inch when I took it off and the snare side had a hole in it.

It also didn't clean up the best, but again it looks so much better now (didn't get good before pics of the snare)

I just noticed the snare wires aren't centered... I might not mess with it because it sounds fine, though it does bother me

Drummer ocd is just the worst. My guitarist has it pretty bad too.

He's a drummer too. Lol. But he has it for his guitar gear pretty bad. All of his strings have to have the same amount of winds on the tuning pegs.
