I screwed up an Ebay order last year. A dude bought a snare drum from me and I sent him the WRONG SNARE! Ugh! I felt so terrible. I called him, apologized profusely, paid to have the wrong one sent back and then sent him the correct one with an extra head and a DW drum key for his trouble. I found out later the drummer was a pro playing for the band "Star Set". Really nice guy. I still feel awful for my stupid mistake but glad I was able to take care of the problem to his satisfaction.
I once paid my employee less than what she worked. I got in my car the moment she something to me, drove a hour to where she was, and paid the balance owed in cash.

That's awesome. I imagine most times that happens in Jersey they just get whacked.

Wow, that escalated quickly. Now I'm torn...

While not originally from Texas, I currently live in the Hill Country and have enjoyed these years. Yes, I like Tacos and guns (when handled and used responsibly), and I can tolerate Christianity and football. But, my son is currently attending school in upper New Jersey, while also being a Hitman. So I'm torn as to how to weigh in to this discussion.

Just to clarify, son is a member of the Jersey Hitmen Jr Hockey program - not a real "hitman". I also have enjoyed my visits to New Jersey. First time I visited 2 years ago, I was surprised to see how green it was (maybe not this time of year) and pushed passed many preconceived notions that I may have had. And, way better Italian food than I'll ever find where I am (other than maybe the North End in Boston). If only I could be allowed to pump my own gas

Not sure how this discussion about issues with a drum wrap company devolved into a "my state is better than your state" discussion ( I guess there's some previous history between posters) but maybe it should be handled via PMs?
