I'm glad the great thread continues! I'm not on as much as I have been in years past, but this is always one of the first threads I catch up on when I log on! Glad it lives on Lonny!

    How was everyone's weekend?

I made a nice long trip down to Knoxville, TN to pick up a used Starclassic B/B kit to gig with!

I really like the Turquoise Tama Starclassic. Snares don't have to match. Man am I happy to be a Dodger fan! I have to keep reminding myself that it's only June, but a 10 game winning streak continues onward. Go Dodgers!

I agree! I considered doing maybe an orange wrap or pink wrap just to switch things up, not sure which yet!

    Any suggestions?

And my Yanks are hitting a little bump in the road. Judge keeps tearing the cover off the ball but the pitching is now looking more how I expected it to be coming into the season.

That's my preferred drink these days Though I like mine to be Canadian whiskey (e.g. rye whiskey).

So good that a forum member would take the time to ask how somebody is doing and ask them about the long running "Fun with the MCX in Red " Etc.. That thread was almost a daily read for several members me included it was by far the most social thread for a long time. I would agree with S-T-Wicked it was a hell of a thread with quite a bit of comradery. I always thought Lonny was honest in his drumming passion his post about" jam day" made me pick up my game a bit more! I saw good stuff on that thread more so than bad. I also saw by looking around on the site as a whole Lonny's excitement about KIss/Pearl Drums and being sober So this week crack a good loud rimshot to honor Nova's now locked thread!!!

Lonny Go play with the guys looking for a Ringo , just give them a call and take a red kit and go play the songs - if you get the gig then fix up a costume and a kit- Remember all those guys were small English LADS!

Where are you going to get the wrap? That Delmar wrap is hard to match, but you can come close if you visit Precision Drum Company.
