    Mike; I noticed last night that New Zealand was 1st in the NYE countdowns. Happy New Year Everyone! We're covered in snow and it's snowing!

    No snow here. 81F . Evenings go down to low 70’s.

    can't endure those waves in temps. here people are praying for snow winter round. ski resorts are numerous, they count on natural snow to get the business rolling . fake snow is of some help, but skiing on fresh snow is what people really wants.

    HNY Lonny! Yes NZ is the first "large" country to see in the New Year, with the Pacific islands of Samoa and Kiribati getting there before us.
    No snow down here, we have 86 degree summer days at the moment!
