Aw stop. I decided in November that I'd bought more than enough stuff recently and needed to just chill....
Then I bought a massive Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute kit, a new Meinl china cymbal, 2 sets of new heads (neither of which i urgently need), an expensive new snare case, and a whole bunch of other bits and bobs... wtf?
HHX hats, K crashes, Bosphorus & Agop rides
    Snares: Yamaha Bamboo Custom 6.5x14 & 5.5x14 / Ludwig Classic Maple 8x14, LB402B (COB Supraphonic 6.5x14), Acrolite 5x14
Pearl Reference Pure (matte walnut) / Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute (plum lacquer) / Pearl Masters Birch/Premier APK Jellybean Kit

I've spent a good amount on myself the last couple of months and got some great deals. I bought skb hard cases for all my drums, a K dark crash, and i snagged a slightly cracked pair of late 90s early 00s new beats. I regret nothing! haha

    aw hell yeah! 'no regerts'
buying the kit has actually worked out great for me as I sold a couple of bits i didn't need and i've basically upgraded my gigging kit massively for only around 100, if that

That's great, what finish is the Yamaha? They are fantastic drums, I was able to play my friend's kit a few times. I just bought 2 splashes today hahaha
