    I've experienced the same first class service from Pearl the rare time there was a problem with a new purchase. They are the gold standard for other drum companies to emulate when it comes to customer service.

    Got my CB shell back today! Here's my "rare" 5 3/8"x14" free floating crystal beat snare. Thanks Kevin and Al for the help!

    I own or have owned drums and cymbals made by every major manufacturer. My go-to kit is a DW Collectors series set.

    This may indeed be the best piece of marketing in a long time It's like copy for a one-off limited edition run of 30 was copied and pasted in reference to a manufacturing error. Nice

    Looks great! Being a big FF fan, I'd love to have some extra cash to pick up an acrylic shell for mine. Glad to see Pearl's customer service lives up to its reputation again! Congrats!

    Mine also came today with no badge do I need to contact retailer or Pearl?

    You could talk to your retailer, but if Pearl is willing to work with you direct, you will probably get faster service.
