    Very interesting. I should let my wife read your link, maybe it would change her perspective on the ever controversial subject of "how many drumsets is TOO MANY?"

    I thought he had a pearl kit on the reunion tour because dw wouldn't give him a kit? Didn't gene purchase the reunion kit for him from Pearl? Maybe I'm way off but I remember reading that several times.... I'm sure Al knows the story. I know they were custom made with DW Tom holders

    It's funny looking back on these kits from the '70's. They look so... noobie and dinky now. Especially the hardware.

    Peter did use a Pearl MLX kit on the reunion tour. It wasn't that he couldn't get a DW kit (He was already endorsed by DW in 1994), it was Gene and Paul who said they wanted everything to be the same as it was when they started out ----- "KISS uses Gibson guitars and Pearl Drums because they want the Best!".

    BTW local Nashville Artist Christopher Williams now owns Peter Criss's "B" kit that was used on the West Coast on the 1996 Reunion Tour (see Below)

    So, that looks to be be a CMX kit with MLX badges? Cool.
