    That is a picture of Eric Singer's custom Crystal Beat set, and as evidenced in another thread, opus138 disputes that set being an actual Crystal beat set. Whether or not Eric Singer ever requested a clear-shelled snare drum, or simply opted for the one shown in the picture, is anyone's guess.

    Look like a Loooong wait for the FF shell I was told be Drum Center Of NH that it would be several months on the Back order
    If you're not Groovin in the Pocket you're just makin noise!

    Sounds about right.. Ordered one for a customer..same thing.

    I dislike the FF drums. I might get a snare with hardware like the kit. I only have a 14x5 acrylic Sonor snare. I'd like a deeper snare as well.

    Just picked up a FF so Now Im just waiting on the CB shell

    Aww nice!! I expect a review on the acrylic shell. Nice snare drum!!

    Gonna be using my CBs for an upcoming audition for an old school funk review.. This kit should RIP for that.

    Pearly, the MLXs and the EXs have been remove from the Drum Trailer and are now resting in the corner, Now Im Just waiting on my FF shell and the 9X13

    I am looking to order a clear shell for a 5x14 Free Floater (part CRB 1450SO-730)

    For those who have ordered a Crystal beat (shell only), where did you order it from...what was the price?

    I own or have owned drums and cymbals made by every major manufacturer. My go-to kit is a DW Collectors series set.
