    DW 9002 Lefty Double Pedal.

Had the Speedcobra double for a couple of years, wanted something else. Put it on CL thinking that it would be weeks before it would sell. I sold it the next day! With that and a couple of cymbals I sold (also on CL) paid for this double pedal. Get to put it to the test on Sunday! Can't wait!

I also bought one of these off of ebay a few months back. I still have to pick it up down in Virginia. Beautiful snares!

If it is a Gretsch, make sure you really check it over! They are having major quality control issues over the past year. A store I deal with won't even order Gretsch drums anymore, until they get it figured out!

    Latest purchases.
    Sonor Martini kit.
    Cases for Martini kit.

    Complete set of Sakae hardware.
Traps case on wheels for the above.

    Sakae Trilogy kit. 14x5" snare. 12x8" & 14x14" toms. 20x16" kick.

Aquarian Modern Vintage heads, batter and resonant heads for both kits.

    Soft bags for Trilogy kit.

Replaced all washes on above kits with the superior Tama Starclassic models. The type where the rubber insert fit into the concaved metal washer that then sits on another metal washer. (Best available. Superior to all others. Check them out)

Remo falam patches for both kicks.

Todd Sucherman DVD as reward for student who won a practising prize. Over 15 division.

20" Alchemy ride cymbal as award for practising comp, under 14's division. Yet to be awarded.

1 set of Sonor clave. (very cheap on special)

1 triangle. 8 yr old student's birthday present. She was so excited when I taught her Brazilian rhythms on it. Nice class. Very fulfilling.

What else....? Oh yeah, purchased 10 manuscript books.

    Is this actually of interest?
Check out my incomplete snare drum collection thread. I like it and think it is quite charming. :)

Contacted Kirchhoff to get the exact name of my finish to order an additional floor tom for my kit...
The colour isn't available anymore... But they had one 16" floor tom left in the colour I wanted, so they offered to sell me that one at a reduced price!

So within a week I should have my new 16x14 floor tom!
