Not exciting but just bought a new stick bag. My dog freaked out during a thunderstorm last week, went behind my set and spray shat all over my old one. Thought for a second about cleaning it, then thought better...

Was in Wembley Drum Centre last weekend - first time I've been in there in probably over a decade. VERY nearly walked out with a classic, hollow logo, 20" Earth Ride. This thing was amazing. I'm actually regretting not buying it now. But I have too many cymbals as is, I don't need a third ride, and it would have been impractical to have bought it at that time, with where I was, what I was doing and where I was going. *sigh*

You have self control. I think I’m up to 7 or 8.

    Not for the big kit.

I've been talking to some old friends of mine and we're planning to get back together on a regular base to play some music.
I'll be playing 1 up 1 down (maybe 2 down) and use some of the shells from my big kit until i buy another kit. That's the plan

I'm a bit curious about the above statement. Would it have been impractical because your significant other was with you, giving you the "don't even think about it" look? Or were you traveling solo, via unicycle, to a nude beach and had nowhere to store the cymbal during your journey?

Either way, you could always go back, just take the car and not the unicycle.

Not played an Earth Ride for a very long time. Used to love them

Still available by the looks of it, and with free delivery too, do it

I've been eyeing up the 18" K custom Session ride in there, but it's a little steep price wise for me, and i'm saving for some custom IEMs next month.

In other news, I have a pro racket AAA cymbal vault on the way this week, making my 1 year old Ahead 24" deluxe redundant, so it'll be going up for sale next week, wasn't planning to change but the AAA was a bargain at £120 so I had to snap it up.

If you weren't U.K. based I'd take it off your hands. Been wanting to switch up to the Ahead 24 since I don't really need my SKB 24" rolling vault anymore.
