Just discovered (after living in this city for almost 11 years) that we have a "Music Go Round" store in the metro area. Picked up a used Sabian 10" AA Mini Holy China. Very good condition, very good price. Streaks and such in the image are just iPhone artifacts. Cymbal is really clean.

In my opinion, it was a rather felicitous finding. Just have to scrub the Chad Smith logo off the other side and it should be good to go.

Traded in a set of 13" Sabian HH Fusion Hats for a couple of crash cymbals at the local MGR (Music Go Round).
Picked up a 16" Vault crash and an 18" Xplosion crash. We'll see how they fit in with the rest of the lineup.

After a wee lull, Picked up this Mapex Meridian Birch/Maple Black Edition Viper. One of only 70 produced Love the finish as it seems to move if you look at it for too long

Picked up one of these to clean up the collection of percussion on my left side: Roland trigger pad; cowbell, tambo, 10" mini timbale.

The gig setup was getting cluttered with individual clamps for each item.
